The Bridge Program operates two metropolitan alcohol and other drug crisis interventions:

Sobering Up Service: Overnight assistance for alcohol and other drug affected persons.

Withdrawal Service: Low medical model detoxification service.

Residential rehabilitation

The Bridge Programme’s residential rehabilitation service operates over two sites:

Assessment: Approximately three weeks, based at Bridge House in Highgate.

Harry Hunter Rehabilitation Centre: A structured thirteen-week program, based in Gosnells

Extended: For those seeking more time in a residential setting, based in Gosnells.

  • Entry into the residential rehabilitation service is via Bridge House in Highgate.

Non-residential options: The Bridge Program offers two services on a non-residential basis:

  • Continuing Care Program (CCP) – Individual and family AOD counselling based in Highgate.
  • Outreach Case Management – Ongoing support for people exiting residential services.

The Bridge Program has limited accommodation available to non-residential clients.
